I love to read. In fact, it’s one of my favorite pastimes along with sewing and quilting. I designed this wall quilt for anyone who loves to read. I think it would also make a great gift quilt for a friend or the local library. The friend could choose his/her favorite books and label them on the quilt. The quilt is easy to piece and you may choose your favorite way to add the lettering. I have included directions for the fusible appliqué method which I used, but feel free to try stencils and paint or some other method.
