MATERIALS NEEDED: (9) fat quarters for block backgrounds (5) fat eighths for house prints (5) fat eighths for roof/door prints 1-1/8 yds white fabric (4) 3/4-yd cuts of assorted sashing prints 1-1/4 yds charcoal fabric (#9900 284) 3/4 yd binding fabric 5 yds backing fabric 85″ x 85″ batting Fabric is Hey Boo by Lella Boutique for Moda Fabrics (April 2024). Moda Bella Solids used (for 3 houses) are #9900 62 “Rose,” #9900 335 “Princess,” and #9900 284 “Charcoal.”
