Fat quarter ferris wheel is indeed fat quarter friendly, and scrap friendly, too! it finishes at 80 x 80″ square, but can easily be adjusted to any desired size by adding or subtracting blocks. It uses traditional piecing, and is confident beginner friendly. If you’ve got some rogue fat quarters in your stash, why not stitch up a ferris wheel?
