This colorful tote bag is created using the Curvalicious Ruler. First prepare and quilt the fabric, add a lining with pockets and make gussets for a large multi purpose tote. The ruched elastic closure highlights a beautiful big button. Use a laminated cotton lining for use as a beach or diaper bag. Measures: 14″ x 18″ x 5″
