Bali Wedding Star 2014
The Wedding Star pattern was designed for foundation paper piecing back in 1996 by Bradley and Judy Niemeyer and redesigned in 2008 to include: strip piecing to complete the foundation piecing on the arcs, redesigned stars with floating points, and Template Layout Sheets to speed up the cutting process for the stars and background pieces.
The 2008 pattern has become a staple for wedding ring quilts in the quilting industry and continues to be one of our best selling patterns every year. Trim the units with the Creative Grids CGRDW. The finished quilt measures 80 x 80 inches.
Extra Foundation Paper – One package will increase the size of the original 80 x 80 inch Bali Wedding Star to 92 x 92 inches. Two packages will increase the size to 104 x 104 inches. Three packages will increase the size to 104 x 116 inches. Four packages will increase the size to 116 x 116 inches.
