Tropical doesn’t have to mean bright colors! Inspired by black and white tilework, Areca is a joy to knit. It features bold patterning throughout. The modern silhouette makes this top easy to pair with anything for a fresh look that works on vacation or for a day at the office. This top is knit flat in pieces and requires no seaming. The front and back panels are first worked flat. The shoulders are joined using the three needle bind-off. Then, stitches are picked up along the left and right sides to create an edging and side panels. The sides are joined using the three needle bind-off.
